Dreaming of a New Table Setting

Written by , Posted in Life, Shopping

Even though our move date is almost a lifetime away. I can’t help myself but to dream about entertaining in our new home, which has led me to giving our table setting a bit of an update, well maybe overhaul! The hand-painted dotted dinner set from West Elm is the first set my partner and I have both mutually fallen in love with, so I think that’s a must. These Bormioli Cassiopeia glasses (also from West Elm) are also pretty darn cool, and they too have Wades approval. I am still to convince Wade on the agate coasters, which I absolutely love and don’t plan on giving up on anytime soon.

There’s also the small problem that we only just agreed to make more of an effort to spend more wisely, knuckle down and save. But the way I see it is, if we both love the pieces, we’ll have them for a long time. And I am a huge believer in investing in pieces you’ll cherish.
